Orders does not pass until payment is made in full. 

We offer payment by paypal and by international money transfers. Bank account data will be provided if buyer choses money transfer as payment way.

Taxes and Customs Duties

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to be informed about the tax and customs regulations applicable in their country before making a purchase. Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges incurred upon the arrival of the product in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer directly to the appropriate authorities.

Cancellation and Fees:

Any international order returned due to non-payment of taxes or management fees will be cancelled. The payment will be refunded minus the original shipping cots, the paypal fee (if applicable), the return shipping costs and any additional costs incurred by the seller to have the shipment returned (e.g. customs duties/taxes).

Purchaser assumes all responsibility as regards compliance with Spanish laws that may affect the coins and lots sold by AETERNITAS NUMISMATICS, including exportation permit and custom duties. AETERNITAS staff may help you in this matter, but all expenses will be assumed by the purchaser, including the exportation fee (minimum 5%). Note that obtaining the exportation permits can cause certain delays in the dispatch of the order. We beg patience to our customers: don´t forget this is the legal procedure whose correct compliance is guarantee of a correct and satisfactory purchase.

AETERNITAS NVMISMATICS guarantees the authenticity of all its items without time limit. 14 days return policy on all other sales, assuming item has not been altered. Full refund provided (excepting original shipping costs).

1. OWNERSHIP AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
This website AETERNITAS NUMISMATICS is a shared digital marketplace used by two independent professional numismatists (hereinafter, the "Sellers") to offer their respective inventories. Each Seller operates as an independent business entity, assuming full legal and fiscal responsibility for their own transactions.

The Sellers are:

2. INVOICING AND CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP
When a purchase is made, the contractual relationship is established exclusively between the Buyer and the specific Seller who owns the item.

• The identity of the Seller will be clearly stated on the final invoice provided with the order.
• Payments are collected through a shared payment gateway for technical efficiency; however, funds are subsequently allocated to the corresponding Seller according to the specific transaction.

3. EXPORT LICENSES AND CULTURAL HERITAGE
All items requiring export permits from the Spanish Ministry of Culture will be processed individually by the respective owner of the item (the Seller stated on the invoice). Each Seller is responsible for complying with national and international cultural heritage regulations.

4. DATA PROTECTION
Both Sellers act as independent Data Controllers for the personal data required to process your orders, ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.
