Bayard
Bust in armour of the Lord of Bayard wearing the collar of the Order of Saint Michael, on the right in a cartouche on the left, cartouche containing the watermark on the right. In the center, denomination, date, and signatures on a background composed of a repeating motif featuring the monogram of the Banque de France and the denomination. The whole is enclosed in a frame composed of a laurel wreath surrounded by a ribbon, with the denomination in a cartouche at the bottom and the banknote number and alphabet at the top and bottom., Farmer sharpening his scythe with a knife, standing in a grain field, with a tree on the left and in the background on the right; legal text in a frame on the right topped by a garland of fruit.
