Cu-3-Pfennig (sogen. "Ratten"- oder "Ratzen"-Dreier) o.J. Wertseite der 3-Pfennige von 1841-1858 (AKS 90)/Ratte n. l., "DEM VERDIENSTE SEINEN DREIER", unten Rosette. AKS vgl. 90. 4,95gr.
Lt. von Schrötter, "Wörterbuch der Münzkunde, Ratzendreier" S. 549, "Kupfermarke einer Berliner Kegelgesellschaft aus den 50er Jahren des 19. Jhdts. mit dem Bilde einer Ratte auf einer, dem Gepräge der Dreier auf der anderen Seite".
Eine indirekte "Beteiligung" des damaligen Mitglied des Preußischen Staatsrates, Ministerpräsident und zuständig für den Bereich "Finanzen" sowie Mitglied eines Berliner Kegelklubs, wird bei den Beschreibungen dieser "Münze" im Handel zumindest angenommen.
In "alter preussischer Münzstätten-Tradition" (siehe Hoym-Münzen etc.), ist es durchaus denkbar, dass übereifrige Beamte an der Berliner Münzstätte diesem zu einem runden Geburtstag (z.B. seinen 50. im Jahre 1855) ein besonderes Geschenk machen wollten. Zumindest die Wappenseite würde dies erklären. Ungeklärt ist m. E. nach aber der Bezug "Ratte > Kegeln".
