This is a full kopeck (not a denga) The coin was minted in Pskov around 1540 when Ivan was still just a Grand Duke and not a Tsar.

Ivan the Terrible, also known as Ivan IV, was the first Tsar of Russia and ruled from 1547 to 1584.
