Supplementary Privacy Notice of the Seller (Addendum to the general MA-Shops provisions)

In addition to the general privacy policy of the MA-Shops platform, the Seller provides information on the following data processing:
The customer acknowledges that the personal data collected during the ordering process on the platform (name, delivery address, phone number if applicable, and e-mail address) will be transmitted to the Seller (the s.r.o.). For the purpose of contract fulfillment (packaging, preparation, and physical shipment of the goods), this data will be passed on to the private owner of the goods in the Czech Republic, who physically carries out the shipment on behalf and in the name of the Seller. Data processing and transfer are strictly based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (fulfillment of a contract) and exclusively to the extent necessary for the delivery of the goods. Any further disclosure to unauthorized third parties for marketing purposes is excluded.
