负面Negative	When I received the ordered item, it appeared to be damaged. The description "very beautiful" did not turn out to be correct. I could see that in the picture, but I assumed the description. This is because of my own inexperience. But I'm still happy with what I bought. After you told us by mail we have offered you to send the medal back to us and refund your money. You decided to keep the medal. We do think that the misunderstanding is caused by the grading of the piece. We have called it Very Fine which you have translated as very beautiful. The grading exists of 5 grades: Very good (which is bad), Fine, Very fine, extremely fine or 'as struck'. Very fine means that there are some damages, otherwise we had described it as extremely fine or 'as struck'. We are talking of a medal of more than a 100 years old with a diameter of 60 mm in the quality Very fine for the price of € 30,-. We still believe that we described the medal in a right way, with the right price and that we have offered you all the services as possible. We do hope that next time you will judge the grading in combination with the pictures.	2017-09-06
