§ 1 Scope

Our following terms and conditions apply to all legal transactions between Pegasus Auctions AB and the purchaser.

§ 2 Conclusion

Your order constitutes an offer to us to conclude a sales contract. A legally binding purchase agreement only comes into effect when we have accepted your offer.

§ 3 Authenticity and guaranty

The item is the one shown in the pictures and authentic if nothing else stated! NGC/PCGS/ANACS graded coins are certified authentic by third party, Pegasus Auctions AB should not bare any liability for such products and their description on slabs.
In case of non receipt of item(s) the purchase price will be refunded to the purchaser.

§ 4 Payment

We only deliver against payment in advance, unless otherwise agreed. The payment must be made as soon as we have confirmed the order (offer) (acceptance) and no later than 10 working days.

Payments can be sumbmitted to:

§ 5 Delivery, delivery period

Agreed delivery periods begin on the date of acceptance of the order.

Shipping is done via FedEx or Swedish Registered Post (PostNord Sweden) We are not able to ship via FedEx to: PO Boxes, Brazil, Israel, Russian remote areas + other remote areas. For all remote areas an extra surcharge will apply if the purchaser requests FedEx shipping.

Delay occurs on our side only when the promised delivery time is exceeded by more than 2 weeks, this is not valid during public holidays or announced vacation time.
If a particular item is not available or already sold, the purchase price will be refunded immidiately.

Pegasus Auctions AB shall not be liable for delayed transit times caused by the carrier in case of bad weather conditons, natural disasters, wars etc.

§ 6 Liability for defects

If delivered articles obvious have defects, including transport damage, please complain such defects immediately. The omission of this complaint, however, has no consequences for your legal rights.

§ 7 Data protection

All personal data is treated confidentially and not disclosed to third parties.


§ 8 Applicable Law

Swedish law applies.

§ 9 Return policy

Online purchases of items by private individuals are subject to Swedish consumer law, which extends 14 days of money-back guarantee on distance sale, this does not apply for certified and slabbed coins by NGC/PCGS/ANACS. The purchaser is liable for any costs related to the transport and the return of the item(s).

Should a purchaser seek to avail himself or herself of the money-back guarantee, Pegasus Auctions AB will refund the payment on receiving the returned items. Please note that the date on which accounts are debited is subject to the policy of the purchaser’s bank/credit card company, PayPal etc.

Swedish and Foreign companies are not subject to Swedish consumer law, as they are considered professionals.
