This beautiful 5 Oz Silver coin is part of the "Celestial Beauty" series and is dedicated to the Oreads. The coin has beautiful details, an Antique Finish quality, has High Reliefs, numbered edges and comes in a luxury case, along with the Certificate of Authenticity. Limited mintage to only 500 pcs worldwide. The reverse of the coin shows a wonderful reinterpretation of the Oreads by William-Adolphe Bouguereau. The Oreads, nymphs of mountains, hills, and rocky places in Greek mythology, were seen as the spirit of wild places and were at the same time feared and respected by mortals. On the reverse, the inscription; "OREADS" - the name of the coin. On the obverse, a central representation of the cicada, in Greek culture seen as a symbol of immortality and the afterlife.
