General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The fact of placing an order for any product via the www.ma-shops website on behalf of the company implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions of sale in its French version, even in the event of conditions of purchase that may exist. These conditions are only applicable to transactions carried out via the www.ma-shops website.

Article 2: Order and Availability

To be able to place your orders, you must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to do so in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, in particular those relating to the fight against money laundering, we may request for any purchase of gold coins a copy of the identity card. Article 3: Price

The prices of the products are indicated in Euros and are net prices excluding tax, excluding participation in processing and shipping costs, excluding customs fees or any other costs that remain the responsibility of the customer.

Our prices are subject to change without notice, in particular and without exclusive consideration of the rates of our suppliers.

The products remain the property of the company until full receipt of the amount of the order(s) which must be paid in euros.

Article 4: Payment

Payment can be made either:

By transfer to the account that will appear after validation of your order,

By transfer via your PayPal account

Bank charges, transfer of transfer remain the responsibility of the customer who will ensure not to communicate any personal financial information by email.

The shipment of our products can only be done after full payment of the price, which we will be informed by our banking institution.

Article 5: Shipping Costs, Customs Fees and Taxes.

Shipping costs are based on a flat-rate contribution to the postage cost invoiced to us by the service provider commissioned by us. These costs also depend on the value and weight of the products as well as their country of destination.

The customs fees, and the various taxes that may be requested are, as indicated above, the responsibility of the customer.

Article 6: Shipping and Delivery

The products are shipped to the address indicated by the customer when ordering, and this within 72 hours to 96 hours from the validation of the order, provided that the payment is actually cashed on the account of our company. The choice of delivery is irrevocable once the customer has validated his order.

This delivery will be made by a carrier chosen by the company.

It will take place within an average of 2 to 3 days for deliveries in France and 10 days for other countries.

The invoice will be issued upon shipment of the products ordered.

Under no circumstances can the company be held liable for a delay in delivery, the mentioned deadlines being only indicative.

In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the company cannot be held responsible for the failure to deliver the products ordered. A second shipment will be possible against a new payment of shipping costs.

Similarly, the company cannot be held responsible for deficiencies found and attributable to the transport company.

In the event of a loss or theft of the products ordered, it will be necessary to inform us within 72 hours after the above period, indicated as an indication. We will conduct an investigation and we undertake to reimburse you for the amount of your order within 60 days of your claim and provided that your liability is not engaged.

Article 7: Reservation / Guarantee / Right of Return

If a package reaches you in poor condition, (damaged package, already opened, etc ....) it is your responsibility to refuse the package and to mention the reservations to the carrier upon receipt of the defective packages.

These reservations must reach us within 72 hours of delivery. Otherwise , the items ordered will be considered as compliant.

The company according to its choice undertakes to reimburse or replace the product(s) within 7 working days from receipt of the anomaly report and the return of the products whose costs will be at your expense.

If an item does not correspond to the description of the product, the company undertakes to exchange it or refund it provided that the product is returned in its original packaging within 15 days of receipt accompanied by the purchase invoice to the following address:

If an item does not suit you, in accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have the right to return the product for any reason within 15 days of receipt in its original packaging and with the corresponding invoice to the above address, the return costs remaining at your expense. If the product is intact, we will refund it.

Article 8: Liability

The company is not responsible for a failure of performance under force majeure, in particular due to flood, fire, total or partial strike, and more generally by a failure of communication, technical of its site or transport, as well as any error (s) committed by the customer.
