Dear Mr. Pachev, Thank you for your feedback, and we are glad the coin met your expectations. Regarding the shipping delay, we understand how frustrating a last-minute change to a confirmed delivery window can be, and this was entirely due to the carrier's handling once the parcel was in transit, not a decision made on our end. On the 32 EUR fee, we would like to clarify that this corresponds to a PayPal payment supplement, which was itemized and visible on your order confirmation at the time of purchase, alongside the 20 EUR shipping fee. It was not an undisclosed or additional charge. We remain fully available should you have any further questions. Best regards, Hugo Taittinger
