Hi Kenneth, Well, I never give negative feedback for a coin you state, " I like the coin And will be keeping it". Firstly, you have angled the coin in such a way as to direct light at the right angle to exaggerate and blind your camera into making it look like a fresh silvery scratch, which it is not, as the coin is evenly toned - poor photograph. Secondly, it is a flaw, undoubtedly been there since it was struck, which is common for Celtic coins. (My photo of the coin, from now on) If you look at the coin you will see other flaws, middle left pellet has a "V" shaped on its left side due to lack of metal and again at the top right arm of the cross another lack of metal flaw. Thirdly, the so called "scratch" is in fact a flaw which runs from the left hand crescent through the bottom left limb of the cross. Regards, Mike Vosper, Numismatist
