Obverse: CONSTANTINVS P F AVG. Laureated and draped bust right, seen from the front.
Reverse: SOLI INVICTO COMITI. Sol, radiate, standing left, holding globe and raising right hand, S-F across fields, mintmark PLG in exergue.
Superb exemplar, almost uncircullated, in EF condition, conserving absolutely full details, super bold reliefs and a precious dark green patina totally natural. Besides it´s a scarce type (NONE exemplar auctioned in the last 19 years), with the draped bust of the emperor seen from the front instead the common types "seen from behind" or cuirassed "seen from the front". In fact, this type is classified as R4 by RIC VII. Probably it´s not so deeply rare but really it´s a scarce type.
RIC VII 6. Lugdunum mint, A.D. 313-314. 4,5 g - 21 mm
