Terms and conditions

We send invoices by e-mail immediately after ordering. We have a 7-day payment deadline from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

The invoice can be paid via bank transfer or by card (VISA/Mastercard). When paying by card, a 2.5% card fee is calculated.

All items listed on our sales lists are in stock. However, we make a small reservation that the item may be sold if we do not have time to remove it from the website. We also make a reservation for possible errors in the listing. We normally do not change the price of an item once it has been ordered, but we still reserve the right to do so if it is due to a typo or the market situation has changed significantly.

Shipping and shipments

Items are packed and shipped immediately after registered payment, unless it is stated that you want to pick up at Thomas Heftyesgt.54 when ordering.

Free shipping in Norway when ordering from our online store.

Orders up to NOK 2,500,- will be sent as regular mail.

Orders between NOK 2,500 and NOK 6,000 will be sent as a small registered parcel to a mailbox.

Orders over NOK 6,000,- will be sent as a registered parcel at the post office.

Shipments to other countries will be calculated according to value and country

Meyer Eek has transport insurance that applies from and to the customer, it covers NOK 150,000,- per shipment. Should objects be damaged or lost in the mail, the case will be reported to the post office and possibly the police depending on the value of the objects. The buyer will be paid the purchase price minus a deductible of NOK 3,000,- (to the insurance company) after the case has been processed.

Right of complaint and returns

Meyer Eek offers a 14-day right of withdrawal and money back without discussion - regardless of the reason. However, postage costs are normally not refunded. When returning, the objects must be in the same condition as they were sent from us in Meyer Eek.
