TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For all purchases the conditions below are applicable. The buyer agrees to these conditions upon purchase.

The coins marked as 'VAT on margin' are subject to margin tax.

Guarantee
The authenticity of all coins is garanteed. The mentioned quality is a personal assessment and is as realistic as possible depicted on the images and desribed.

Coins that do not reach expectation can be send back within 14 days with a total refund. The pictures on MA-Shops will be used  for the quality of the coin.

Payment
Payment can be done by iDeal, PayPayl (credit card) and bank transfer.

Payment is required within 14 days after buying. After this period 1.5% interest will be charged.

The costs of shipment will be charged on the buyer and will be made after the payment has been received.

The ownership of a coin will change from seller to buyer after complete payment.

Shipment
Standard shipsment happens at risk of the buyer. Registered and / or secured shipping happens at risk of the seller.

Shipment happens 1 to 5 weekdays after complete payment.

The seller is not responsible for delays of the postal company.

Applied legislation
All delivery are from the Netherland and therefore the resulting turnover is exclusively subject tor the Dutch tax system.
